B2B Sales Consultant (Multiple Openings)

Salary: Up to $60,880 per year PLUS Performance Based Incentives


Job description:  The primary purpose of this position is to develop and manage established as well as new customers, by selling/upselling existing and new products to achieve sales and profitability goals.


Essential Functions:

  • Regularly calls on existing and potential customers.

  • Accountable to meet monthly/annual sales revenue plan for sales in the assigned account base.

  • Through value-based selling, retain top customers and nurture key account relationships.

  • Form dynamic partnerships, while operating on our hospitality and partner-driven method, while delivering high-quality execution.

  • Continue to be a champion for the Reshmi’s brand giving visibility into our story, products, and capabilities.

  • Maintain an up-to-date awareness of market, customer, food, and hospitality trends at the local, regional and national level.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Hindi/Punjabi/Urdu, English) is A-Plus.

  • 2 years of sales or business management experience.

  • Prior experience selling in wholesale food segment is preferred; enthusiasm for ethnic food is a must!

  • Proven success in strategic business development, achieving results.

  • Excel at communicating both internally and externally as the liaison between customer and company.

  • Financial fundamentals, including basic books and record keeping.

  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Solid understanding of the food and beverage industry and trends.

  • Flexible and adaptable to change.

  • Must have a valid driver's license and driving record in good standing.

Physical Demands

  • Carry weight and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Taste/Smell – ability to detect and perceive smell of Indian, Pakistani and Middle Eastern Food.

  • Standing – ability to stand for long periods.

Work environment

  • Work is performed across the Pacific Northwest region and account base.

  • Work is performed both in an office setting and customer locations
