Orders of $49 or more and under 70lbs qualify for free shipping. On average, free shipping orders are packed up and shipped within 24-48 hours and reach their destination 2-5 business days after the purchase. Orders with free shipping are sent using either USPS or FedEx Ground, depending on location and size of order. Please keep in mind that all carriers are experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and have suspended guaranteed delivery service until further notice. 

Any orders over 70lbs will be charged $10 per 70lbs up to total weight limit of 350lbs. Any orders that exceed 350lbs will be shipped via LTL freight. Please email or call us to find out the rate and transit time. 

FedEx Ground: Delivery within the contiguous U.S. takes 1–5 business days. Shipping to and from Alaska and Hawaii requires 3–7 business days. Click here to check current transit times. Please use 98188 for origin zip code. 

USPS: The general time standard is typically 2-9 days in the 48 contiguous states. Package Services is not a guaranteed service; delivery by a certain date or time is not available. Shipping to and from Alaska and Hawaii requires additional 3–7 business days. Please visit USPS.com for additional details on transit times and package services. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO or International addresses.

Premium Shipping Option Available Upon Request


We offer premium shipping based on size & weight of the order. To find out if your order is eligible for overnight or 2nd day delivery, and get the rates, please either email or call us for details. 

In-Store Pickup


1.    Choose your item while making your purchase online, and select in-store pickup option at checkout. 
2.    Look for an Email: We’ll let you know when your order is ready, so you know when to come to our warehouse in Tukwila.
3.    Once here, follow the email prompts in the email to pick up your order
4.    Need someone else to pick it up? Forward the Ready For Pickup email to your alternate pickup person and have them follow the process upon arrival.

USPS Delivery Delays


The United States Postal Service (USPS) is struggling with increased package volume and decreased revenue, each of which is related to COVID-19. Most of our free shipping is delivered by the USPS. This includes free shipping on orders over $49. These economy shipping services are the most prone to delay. To minimize the chance of delivery delays, we encourage customers to select FedEx shipping options.

 

Damaged item replacement

In the event that your product(s) were damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery; (206) 575-0050 or cs@rginw.com. We will need to collect certain information including picture/video proof in order to file claim with appropriate party, as well as ship out replacement without any delays.

 

Cancellation policy or change of order 

 

Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us before 1pm PST the same business day. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.
